Gatecrashing Eden challenges existing attitudes to the value of people’s time working in the Arts and Sciences as these sectors are usually dominated by passionate people who are expected to work for less due to higher attainment of job satisfaction. By prioritising people who are traditionally excluded (or included but unpaid) we are hoping to create more opportunities for equity in our communities.
